Jeff_photo Jeff Donaldson, Owner

Jeff founded Reimbursement Specialists in 1997 to bring his extensive medical knowledge and business experience to the practice of medical billing, bridging the gap between what providers do on a daily basis and what payors require for reimbursement. He saw firsthand how frustrated providers were with how much work it took them to receive payment for services they provided to their patients.

He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has experience in both medical research and sales. Jeff has also taught anatomy and physiology at St. Charles Community College. This gives him an insightful edge in dealing with the language of medicine and how to use that in dealing with insurance carriers.

Jeff is passionate about providing his clients with the personal attention they deserve and making it easier for them to practice medicine. He believes in submitting claims right the first time, and helping his clients understand how to make that happen.
